The first 55 contracts were signed as part of the Call "Expansion of the network of social services in the community"

The Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy organized today the signing ceremony of the grant agreement under the call "Expanding the Network of Social Services in the Community", from the Efficient Human Resources 2021-2027 (ESF+) Programme.

The contracts were handed over to the beneficiaries by the Minister of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy Alen Ružić, the Director of the Croatian Employment Service Ante Lončar, and the State Secretaries Margareta Mađerić, Marija Pletikosa and Ivan Vidiš, emphasizing that the signed projects will have a strong impact on the development of local social services, strengthening the capacities of providers and further reducing institutionalization through the expansion of services in the community.

On this occasion, 55 contracts were signed with institutions, civil society organizations and local and regional self-government units. The total value of the contracts is more than 15 million euros, and they represent part of the first Decision on co-financing with a total value of more than 34 million euros.

The projects, which will be implemented over a period of 28 to 36 months, are aimed at increasing the availability and quality of social services for the most vulnerable groups - people with disabilities, the elderly, victims of violence, the homeless, drug addicts, asylum seekers and other users who need support in their daily lives.
